Our office has partners specialized in the Golden Visa issuance process. We handle the whole process, from start to finish, without having you involved with the Greek bureaucracy.
The Golden Visa is given to every person who buys property within the periphery of Greece with a total value of €250,000 or more, valid for five years and renewable.
A person who obtains a Greek Golden Visa is entitled to:
- Stay continuously in Greece for the entire period of validity of his/her residence permit.
- Travel to other Schengen States for up to three months every six months.
- To have access to health and education services – the same services that all Greek citizens have access to.
- To travel freely to and from Greece until its expiry date.
